Research Request – Welcome to the San Antonio Genealogical and Historical Society

Research and Queries

Members of the Society offer research assistance to members and non-members. Our primary area of research is San Antonio and Bexar County.

The research fee is $30 per hour. We will commit to a maximum of five (5) hours for a specific query. The first hour is non-refundable, and payment must accompany the research request. Please make checks or money orders payable to SAGHS.

If our estimate of your research request exceeds one hour, you will be contacted with an estimated completion time. Whenever possible, electronic mail will be utilized.

Queries are answered in the order received. All proceeds benefit SAGHS.
